The doors do indeed officially open tonight for Chateau West's first dinner service. Owner Huseyin Ustunkaya tells Eater that it will be dinner only this week, with lunch and brunch service beginning next Monday. Ustunkaya also relayed that chef Marco Sedda is the "opening chef," serving as more of a consultant in helping create the menu and get the restaurant opened, and will not be in the kitchen day-to-day. Dinner service begins at the unusually early hour of 3 p.m., so do send along any first impressions to the tipline.
