After a bit of a false start last week, Moto, the Italian addition to the growing MStreet family of restaurants, opens its doors tonight. Executive chef Andy Hayes has put together a menu that mostly sticks to the classics, including hot and cold dishes such as grilled octopus and prosciutto crostino, various meatballs and pizzas, pastas (including the curious blueberry lasagna), larger entrees such as prawns and polenta and barolo braised lamb, along with steaks from sister restaurant Kayne Prime and a roster of sides, sauces and butters. Doors open at 5 p.m., so do report back on any first impressions.
