The Flipside Coming to 12 South

12 South looks to continue its growth as a dining destination with restaurant and bar The Flipside set to begin construction. Originally planned to be located in an old house across from Mafiaoza's, the restaurant will still be located on the site, but in a brand new building, as the house has now been demolished due to water damage and asbestos issues. Not many other details are known at this point, but a source familiar with the project tells Eater that it will feature fresh spins on chicken as a focus.
