Since opening last April, 12 South Bistro, the somewhat identity-challenged restaurant located on 12 South near the Gulch, has visibly struggled. Now The Tennessean reports that owner Adam Payz intends to turn the restaurant into 'a new healthy, local organic food concept' called Farm 2 Fork.
