The Neighborhood Dining Group (NDG) has brought a chef back into the fold to helm the kitchen at Husk Nashville, as Tim Moody is now in as chef de cuisine. Moody, who for the past four years worked as sous chef at George Mendes' Michelin-starred New York City restaurant Aldea, previously worked at NDG's Charleston, South Carolina restaurant McCrady's under opening chef Michael Kramer. When Husk Nashville executive chef Sean Brock took over the kitchen in 2006, Moody stayed on board as sous chef, working with Brock in the restaurant and on the road until he made the move to New York City in 2010. The chef de cuisine position was vacated back at the beginning of February, when opening chef Morgan McGlone and restaurant management made the decision to part ways.
