The Gulch's Kocktails and Kouture Closes Up Shop

Kocktails and Kouture, the Gulch restaurant, bar and clothing boutique housed in the ground floor of the Velocity mixed use development in the Gulch, has closed its doors. A notice on the front door tells the tale, stating that "Kocktails and Kouture is closed for business permanently. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your support!" Having opened in December of 2012, the restaurant underwent a number of personnel changes in the kitchen, the last one occurring in September. It appears by all accounts that it just shuttered last week, so it's too early to know what might be taking its place. But with the Gulch area continuing to stay hot, it shouldn't take long to fill the space. So if you get wind of any potential plans, send them to the tipline.
