Germantown's ever-popular Cupcake Collection is in expansion mode, as The Nashville Scene details the bakery's plans to open a second location in Donelson. Owner Mignon Francois says that they plan to take over the former Becker's Bakery on Lebanon Pike, which closed on March 1, and hope to open within the next four to six weeks. [The Nashville Scene]
