There is finally activity on the site of SoBro's future 24/7 restaurant and bar, The Diner, as the small structure at the corner of Demonbreun and Third has been demolished to make way for the planned three-story property. Announced back in September with a projected spring opening, the eatery will serve breakfast at all hours and lunch and dinner seven days a week. No word yet on a new projected opening date.
