After chef Sean Brock's announcement earlier this month that he would be bringing a new restaurant to Charleston and some speculation as to what it could be, Eater Charleston now has official word that Brock will be opening a "fun[....]affordable[....]casual" restaurant, with a "menu inspired by the food and culture of Mexico." It will be located adjacent to another Brock restaurant, McCrady's, and is slated for a late summer opening. [-ECHS-]
