Bella Nashville Bakery, a 'grab-and-go' eatery featuring freshly baked bread and sandwiches, will open its doors next Monday. Located at 1010 Fatherland Street in East Nashville, the storefront is owned by David Cuomo and Emma Berkey, who also own and run popular Farmer's Market pizza spot Bella Nashville. Cuomo tells The Tennessean that the bakery will serve sandwiches and breakfast items ranging from $6 to $11, along with various house-made breads and Crema coffee. A bread subscription plan is also in the works, with customers paying a set amount for three months of weekly fresh bread. Hours will be 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday thru Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
