F. Scott's Restaurant and Jazz Bar has a little more time left in Green Hills, as co-owner Wendy Burch tells Eater that they will now remain in their current location until the end of May. There still isn't an exact date for the opening of their new West End location, but Burch says that it will definitely be "an F. Scott's concept," and that they are currently in talks with the Steinway piano company for the jazz club component of the new restaurant. [EaterWire]
