SPARK Update

SPARK3.jpgAs East Nashville 'plant-based restaurant' Spark of Life Cafe (also called SPARK), heads toward a June opening, a few more details are out about the project. Reps for the cafe, located in the 1100 Fatherland development, tell Eater that the cafe will feature a bar with 'artisan' cocktails, biodynamic wines and gluten-free beer. Live music will also be regularly featured, and the space will be closed on Mondays for private parties and special events. [EaterWire]
