Is it about to be curtains for the longstanding Stock-Yard Restaurant? It sounds possible, as The Tennessean reports that an out-of-state developer has a contract on 3.3 acres of land, including that which the restaurant sits on, with plans to build a 300-unit urban apartment development on the property.
