Dale Levitski, the Chicago chef and Top Chef alum that just last month announced his move from the Windy City to Music City, now has a name for his upcoming restaurant. Sinema, which simply gives a nod to its location in the former Melrose Theater, will feature Levitski's brand of 'eclectic American cuisine.' Via a release, he says that he "aim[s] to be playful, but not too experimental" with the menu. The restaurant itself will feature two levels of dining, lounge and bar space, with a number of the property's original details, including the mirrored walls and ceiling and curved grand staircase, being restored. According to The Tennessean, the 7,000 square foot project, slated to open this summer, will be open for dinner six days a week, with brunch planned for Sundays. A job fair for the restaurant is planned for this Wednesday at The Melrose development.
