Changes are afoot again at East Nashville cocktail den Holland House Bar & Refuge, as Galen Johnson has taken over as Beverage Director. Johnson replaces Samir Osman, who came on board back in January, after leaving the same position at The Music City Tippler. Osman replaced Holland House' opening head barman Jeremiah Blake.
