After months of recommendations, research, and interviewing and discussing thousands of candidates, it's time to unveil the semi-finalists for the 2014 Eater Young Guns Awards.
Eater's Young Guns semi-finalists are composed of 50 of the brightest and most promising up-and-coming under-30 talent in the United States' restaurant industry. Nashville is represented by John Lasater, executive chef and general manager for Hattie B's Hot Chicken. Also nominated for Tennessee is Liz Williams, pastry supervisor at The Barn at Blackberry Farm in Walland, TN.
