Plywood is up for 12 South restaurant The Flipside, with plenty of work left to do. But already menus are available, in this instance posted right outside the building. Tin Roof founder Jason Sheer promises a "1950s Palm Springs-style vibe" to go along with the menu's chicken focus. Called 'Jack's Best Chicken,' the main attraction consists of chicken breast pounded flat, seasoned, breaded and sauteed, then topped with all manner of extras. There's the 'Brunch' with fried eggs, bacon and cheddar, the 'Greenway' with arugula, avocado and red wine vinaigrette or the 'Phuket' with peanut butter, sriracha and Thai basil slaw. Go, check out the full menu.
