Christopher Stallard IN as Adele's Executive Chef

Adele's, celebrity chef Jonathan Waxman's upcoming Gulch restaurant, now has an executive chef, as Christopher Stallard is in at the soon-to-open eatery. A graduate of Johnson & Wales in Charleston, SC, Stallard made the move back to Knoxville, Tenn., working as executive chef at Little Star Restaurant and The Orangery. He then moved back to Charleston to teach Garde Manger, Asian Cuisine and Dining Room Operations, among others, at The Art Institute. After this he spent time as the chef de cuisine at Tristan before once again heading back to Knoxville to take up his most recent position as executive chef at Bistro by the Tracks. Word is that Adele's is shooting for an early June opening, so be sure to check back soon for more updates.
