Adele's, the new Gulch restaurant from NYC chef Jonathan Waxman, opened last night, offering a limited menu, and The Scene has a look at said menu, which will change as the opening moves along and ingredients go in/out of season. Broken into six sections, a few hits appear from Waxman's popular New York City restaurant Barbuto, including the 'jw chicken' and 'jw potatoes.' [Nashville Scene]
