Things are moving along at the former 12 South Bistro space for new (almost in the) Gulch restaurant Thai Esane, but it looks like everyone will have to wait a little longer than anticipated to get that Thai fix, as a rep for the restaurant tells Eater that July 11 June 11 is the target opening date. Owners Tim Singto and his wife Nina Sayasack, who also own King Market in Antioch, took the property over back in March, after plans by the prior tenant to turn the bistro into a new restaurant concept entitled Farm 2 Fork fell through. [UPDATE: Folks aren't actually going to have to wait that long after all, as the opening date is NEXT WEEK, June 11, according to owner Nina Sayasack.]
