Not to be outdone by the continued growth of the local restaurant scene, Ryman Hospitality announced earlier today that the Ryman Auditorium, the "Mother Church of Country Music," will be undergoing a $14 million expansion, which will include new dedicated space for a cafe. Renovations are planned to begin later this summer, with a projected July 2015 completion date. [The Tennessean]
