Now word on the street is that he is planning to set up shop in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood near the Sounds Stadium. Bailey, who last year was voted Food & Wine's 'People's Best New Chef' in the Southeast region, could not be reached for comment, but multiple sources tell Eater that the former Layman Drugstore property at the corner of Chestnut Street and Third Avenue South is the spot.
