In anticipation of Chauhan Ale & Masala House's opening next month, chef Maneet Chauhan will be offering up a first taste of what diners can expect when she pops up at POP Nashville on July 28. The menu features three courses, including curried scallops pau bhaji and kashmiri lamb shank, as well as passed plates, dessert and various sides. The cost is $75 per person, with the dinner beginning at 7:30 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made by contacting POP.
