More news today out of the increasingly 'in the news' Chestnut Hill neighborhood, as The Nashville Post reports (behind the pay wall) that Germantown's Red Bicycle Coffee and Crepes is looking to expand to the ground floor of the Third and Chestnut mixed-use property. Co-owner Dave Trett tells The Post that they hope to have a lease in place by the end of the month, followed by a three-month build-out. As an additional note, the space is directly across the street from the rumored expansion location for East Nashville's The Silly Goose chef Roderick Bailey, so be sure to check back for more on that.
