With an anticipated August opening, things are starting to pick up steam for the North Gulch's Chauhan Ale & Masala House. And today from Maneet Chauhan's team comes a peek at an early interior rendering for the restaurant. The space has a modern, casual vibe, with a variety of seating including booths, tables and a large bar, as well as what looks to be more casual lounge-style seating. A rep for the restaurant tells Eater that the interior look is still not quite set in stone and that new drawings could be coming soon, so be sure to check back frequently for future updates.
