Just a little over a month has passed since displaced Midtown restaurant Ken's Sushi announced it had found a new home on Murfreesboro Pike. Moving into an already built out space, it wasn't going to take long to get the doors back open, and now today brings word from Ken's that an opening date is set for August 1. [EaterWire]
