Next week is a battle of two James Beard nominated Tennessee chefs, as Tandy Wilson of City House and Kelly English of Restaurant Iris in Memphis go head to head on a new episode of Esquire Network's Knife Fight. The two are tasked with creating at least two dishes in one hour that incorporate several ingredients, including beef tendon and goose, with the winner earning bragging rights and the loser apparently getting the short end of a wager involving facial hair. The show airs August 5 at 9:30 p.m., but Eater has a sneak peek of the action.
