After no small amount of speculation regarding opening dates, today there is finally concrete info (mostly) on when The Acme Feed & Seed's doors will swing open. Reps for Tom Morales' three-story restaurant and event venue tell Eater that the first floor ONLY will soft open today, as well as Friday and Saturday, and then close up in anticipation of the grand opening for the remaining floors and rooftop on July 10. However, diners might have to wait a bit longer to get a glimpse of the second floor, as the 'Sushi Nazi's' bar is still under construction. This weekend's opening will give a very limited preview of the restaurant's menu, with offerings including 'beer belly' tacos and beef brisket sliders. The beverage options will also be a bit of a preview, with twelve beers, six on draft and six by bottle or can, available, as well as red, white and sparkling wine and a specialty cocktail for this weekend only entitled 'Freedom Shine.' Be sure to check back soon for more opening updates.
