Hrant Arakelian IN as Holland House Executive Chef

Well it didn't take long for Holland House to find their new kitchen captain. Following the announcement earlier this week that former executive chef Kristin Beringson would be headed to take up the post at City Winery, the East Nashville restaurant has announced that Hrant Arakelian is joining the team. Arakelian, who will start the new position before the end of the month, is currently a sous chef at Jonathan Waxman's Adele's in the Gulch. Prior to that, he worked as chef at both Rumours East and Amerigo's.
