Juice Bar Set to Round Out Germantown Market

The last piece of the puzzle looks to be in place for Germantown Market, restaurant group Fresh Hospitality's multi-concept property, as Juice Bar announces today that they will be the project's fourth restaurant tenant. The vegetarian and gluten-free healthy foods eatery will join previously announced restaurants Cochon Butcher and Octane Coffee and Little Donkey in the development. Owners John and Vui Hunt opened their first location in Brentwood in April of last year, and have serious plans to grow the brand, having partnered with Fresh Hospitality back in May. Berry Hill and Franklin locations are currently under construction, with openings planned for September and October respectively, while the Germantown Market project is slated for a Spring 2015 opening.
