There's a new hot dog cart in town, Saucy Dogs Nash, and it's manned by none other than local chef Jimmy Phillips, a longtime veteran of many Nashville kitchens, including most recently a brief stint as executive chef at Music City Tippler. According to the cart's Facebook page, Phillips' goal is to "pioneer the trend of 'Craft Hot Dogs' with the use of "homemade sauces." [EaterWire]
