Smokin Thighs Brick and Mortar to Open Monday

Fans of food truck Smokin Thighs will soon no longer have to hunt down that grilled chicken on the run (unless they really want to), as their brick and mortar location in Wedgewood-Houston near the fairgrounds is set to open next Monday. Housed in the former Judge Bean property at 611 Wedgewood Avenue, the 2,100 square foot interior space has been completely transformed and a 700 square foot patio added. All the menu favorites will be available, as well as some additional selections, along with liquor and beer, including a high gravity selection.
