Even local chain hotels appear to be working to up their food and beverage game, as construction is currently underway on a new 'gastro-pub' in the Embassy Suites hotel in Midtown. Called Oddfellows, the restaurant is taking the place of Omaha Steakhouse, with a Craigslist hiring post saying that the project will open this month and will offer lunch and dinner, along with craft beer and cocktails. And so as not to mistake who they are trying to target, the logo is very mustache and beard heavy. [EaterWire]
