Progress is moving right along on 8th Avenue's re-imagined Sutler restaurant and bar. The custom replica of the original bar is in, the stage is set and boots are being hung. The first floor, which measures about 3,000 square feet, will accommodate approximately 115 guests and offer a variety of seating, including the special saddle bar seat seen above. The downstairs, which appears to still be under heavy construction, takes up about 5,500 square feet and will be a 'speakeasy inspired cocktail lounge.'
