A long time coming, the opening of Chauhan Ale & Masala House appears to be right around the corner, as The Tennessean reports that the North Gulch restaurant is set for an Oct.1 opening. But reps for the restaurant tell Eater that there is no set opening date yet and that the goal is to open 'around Oct.1,' as there are still some key inspections left to pass.
