ExpansionWire

CafeIntermezzo.jpgMore expansion news is coming out of Atlanta, as coffeehouse Cafe Intermezzo announced plans to expand into several new markets, including Nashville. CEO Brian Olson, who founded the small chain in 1979, tells the Atlanta Business Chronicle that '[i]deal locations would mirror Midtown Atlanta's layout, which is roughly 4,000 square feet and seats 170 guests, and is situated in a densely-populated residential area with offices, retail, and hotels close-by.' The cafe currently has three locations in the Atlanta area. [Atlanta Business Chronicle]
