Check Out the Menu For Smokin Thighs, Now Open in Wedgewood-Houston

Smokin Thighs, the popular grilled chicken-slinging food truck, opened the doors to its first storefront yesterday. Located on Wedgewood Avenue near the fairgrounds, all of the hits are represented, including wood-smoked wings, thighs and legs and their signature pimento mac and cheese, done six ways. But there are of course some new additions. Included in the starters is the 'Dump Truck O' Wings,' which is literally a Tonka-brand toy dump truck filled with wings and topped with all manner of extras. And there are chicken burgers, made with ground chicken instead of a traditional chicken breast. Hit the jump to check out the menu in all its grilled glory.
