Well over a year in the making, Party Fowl, the restaurant and bar specializing in all things chicken, will finally open its doors this Sunday. Located at 719 8th Avenue South in what is being called the 'East Gulch District,' a rep for the restaurant tells Eater that a friends and family soft opening will be held this Friday, with 10 a.m. brunch service on Sunday planned as the public opening.
A partnership between Austin Smith and 360 Bistro owner Nick Jacobson, the 4,000 square foot space will seat approximately 145 guests and be open seven days a week, offering lunch, brunch, dinner and late night menus. Full menu details have not yet been released, so be sure to check back soon for updates.
