Another boutique hotel has been announced for downtown, and it's bringing three restaurants with it. According to The Tennessean, hospitality and restaurant development group Barkley Lake Inn out of Kentucky has purchased the former Richards & Richards property at the corner of Third Avenue South and Broadway, with plans to include a 'upscale [rooftop] restaurant with indoor and outdoor space,' a full-service restaurant on the ground floor and a lobby coffee and sandwich shop.
