A very familiar face in the Nashville restaurant scene has stepped into the kitchen at 360 Bistro, as Will Uhlhorn has taken over the executive chef position formerly held by Josh Weekly at the Belle Meade staple. Prior to the move, Uhlhorn was the executive chef at now-shuttered F. Scott's Restaurant and Jazz Bar for five years, as well as chef/co-owner of Green Hills' Table 3 and most recently executive chef at Miel in Sylvan Park. A release states that "diners can expect all new menus and components," so it could certainly be worth keeping an eye on what changes Uhlhorn has in store.
