It's certainly not a common practice for new restaurants to open their doors for the first time on Valentine's Day, commonly known as one of the most hectic and aggravating dining days of the year for the restaurant industry. But that's exactly what's happening with Germantown's Butchertown Hall, as owner Terry Raley tells Eater that Feb.14 is now the "hard opening date" for the much anticipated restaurant and beer garden.
