'John's Ham Bar,' 'bonuts' and vegetarian grits can all be yours soon.

Eater Nashville

Biscuit Love, the new bricks and mortar brunch-centric Gulch restaurant from Karl and Sarah Worley, founders of the much-loved Biscuit Love Truck, is getting closer and closer to opening. Eater hears that the interior is nearly one hundred percent there and that staff training is starting to pick up, with an opening anticipated near the end of the month. But the food is the thing. And right now, Eater gives you a first look at the full menu.

Broken down between breakfast and lunch, the classics that made Biscuit Love Truck a mobile favorite are there, including the 'East Nasty' and the 'Princess,' along with a slew of other biscuit-based dishes. An interesting addition in the 'starters' is 'John's Ham Bar,' named after southern journalist and food author John Egerton and featuring 'beaten' biscuits and country hams from throughout the region. Head below for a look at all the offerings.
