True Food Kitchen Is Confirmed for 4000 Hillsboro Development in Green Hills

The Phoenix-based restaurant will occupy 6,500 square feet in the ground floor.

It appears that those rumors from back in the spring were spot on, as True Food Kitchen, a 'healthy' restaurant mini-chain offering a vegan, vegetarian and gluten free-heavy menu based around the anti-inflammatory diet, is confirmed for the new 4000 Hillsboro development in Green Hills.

Announced via a press release this morning, True Food Kitchen, part of the Fox Restaurant Concepts portfolio, will occupy 6,500 square feet on the ground floor of the currently under development mixed used project. But it will be quite a while before you can sit down for a meal, as the release pegs late 2017 as the target opening.

The restaurant will also offer gluten free cocktails, bio-dynamic wines and local beers, with lunch and dinner served Monday through Friday and brunch and dinner on the weekends.
