Today is the day, as celebrity chef Maneet Chauhan officially gets her new Franklin brewery and taproom Mantra Artisan Ales off the ground and open to the public.

Partnering with brewmaster Derrick Morse and setting up shop in the former Turtle Anarchy Brewing space, the taproom will feature 24 taps with their six core offerings, as well as a selection of seasonal brews, specialty sodas and nitro coffee. A "Global Munchies Snack Bar" will be available, with a more specific food menu from Chauhan planned for early next year.

Taproom hours will be 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, noon to 9 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

And if you can't make the trip down to Franklin, Mantra will be launching a series of tap takeovers next week here in town to mark the beginning of their distribution rollout. Check out the schedule below:

Mon., Nov. 16: Craft Brewed, 5 - 10 p.m. (14 taps)
