Residents of Lexington, Ky., brace yourselves. Danny Meyer's unstoppable burger joint Shake Shack is coming to your town. After filing for 'Shake Shack Kentucky LLC' in September, it's now known that the state's first outpost is headed for the new Summit at Fritz Farm mixed use development.

Marketing materials for the $156 million, 60-acre project on Anchor Associates' website show a small rendering of Shake Shack's future home, and tags it as headed for a 2,800 square foot space. And an interview with Fritz Farm developer Jeffrey Bayer of Bayer Properties in the December 2015 issue of online publication Shopping Center Business confirms the restaurant's addition to the project.

Shake Shack representatives declined to have now officially confirmed the news, with the restaurant and shopping center opening in March 2017.
