NASHVILLE - Cousins Maine Lobster food truck, a success story from ABC's Shark Tank, is coming to Music City. Local franchisees Craig Betts and Quinn Raines plan to launch the truck in April 2016, making Nashville the twelfth market to have the seafood focused truck. [Nashville Business Journal]
