Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck Coming to Town; 12th And Porter Reopens in February

NASHVILLE - Cousins Maine Lobster food truck, a success story from ABC's Shark Tank, is coming to Music City. Local franchisees Craig Betts and Quinn Raines plan to launch the truck in April 2016, making Nashville the twelfth market to have the seafood focused truck. [Nashville Business Journal]

THE GULCH - Owners of music venue 12th and Porter have announced plans to reopen this February, after closing earlier this year. The space is currently being renovated and will feature a revamped kitchen and menu, which will include "upscale bar food," with owners Nathaniel Beaver and Tabor Luckey working with Infinity Hospitality Group on the new offerings. 12 SOUTH - Embers Ski Lodge has just launched a new winter menu, featuring a number of Asian-influenced dishes including several bao bun options, beef wontons and ramen, making it one of only three restaurants in town serving the noodle dish. [EaterWire]
