The Charleston transplant kicked the doors open to their Nashville restaurant and bar this past Tuesday, offering a unique space for executive chef Bryan Lee Weaver to serve up his vegetable-focused menu. And Eater has the first look inside their new home.
This 'Butcher & Bee 2.0' is essentially the original on steroids, nearly three times the size with roughly 80 seats in a variety of settings, including bar and kitchen counter, large banquettes, a 14-seat farm table and even a built-in 'crow's nest' overlooking the restaurant. Dark woods, finished concrete and tile work run throughout the space, with a few finishing touches still to come.
