Planned Sylvan Park Italian Cafe Monviso Looks to Be No More

It appears that the current restaurant boom in the Sylvan Park neighborhood will get a little breathing room, as the planned Monviso Italian Cafe project looks to be dead. Originally slated for the property at 4401 Murphy Road next to Park Cafe, things had been unusually quiet since plans were first revealed last May. But now sources with knowledge of the project tell Eater that it indeed appears that it won't be happening.
