With winter now officially over, Rolf and Daughters is getting their ongoing guest chef dinner series kicked back up, beginning with Philadelphia's Eli Kulp on May 4.
Kulp, formerly the chef de cuisine at Torrisi Italian Specialities in New York City, is the executive chef of Fork, High Street on Market, a.kitchen and a.bar. And he's been the recipient of plenty of praise recently, with High Street nabbing the number two spot on Bon Appetit's 2014 Best New Restaurants list and Kulp himself being named to Food & Wine's class of Best New Chefs last year, too. So he'll be taking over the entire menu for the night, with R.A.D. executive chef Philip Krajeck assisting. Tickets will be $80 per person and will go on sale April 4.
