The soft opening for Trattoria Il Mulino, the Hilton Nashville Downtown's new casual Italian restaurant by way of New York City, is next Monday just around the corner. And Eater has a first look at the full dinner, cocktail and beer menus.
From the kitchen, there are over 60 options on the opening menu, ranging from starters, soups and salads, to pastas, pizzas and larger entrees. There are even a few select dishes from the group's flagship restaurant, Il Mulino New York. And although they aren't yet listed, expect some 'Nashville-specific' dishes to be added in the near future.
On the beverage side, there are 13 house cocktails, running the gamut from classics like the negroni and dark and stormy, to offerings such as the "Tennessean," made with Jack Daniels, pecan infused simple syrup and soda water. The beer list consists of five on draft and sixteen by the bottle.
(UPDATE: Trattoria Il Mulino's soft and grand openings have been pushed back to March 18 and 30, respectively.)
